Graduating from Boston University in 2003, Jen began her career working with medical clinical trials and later working on an Institutional Review Board. This led to her passion for patient safety where she joined Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Armstrong Institute.
At the Armstrong Institute Jennifer managed the Learning and Development department which trained clinicians around the world in patient safety. Jen’s work at Johns Hopkins in the field of patient safety has been published in Quality Management in Healthcare and American College of Medical Quality.
While at Johns Hopkins, Jen took interest in the role of safety in technology. She earned her Masters Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins in 2012.
