  • Pay transparency – We pay based on the job – not how well you negotiate under pressure. We can know you for 10 years or 10 minutes, you’re going to be paid the same for the same work.
  • Flexible time off – We set a goal and allow our employees to decide how much they want to work in a year and compensate at an hourly rate which allows them to be comfortable regardless of what they decide.
  • Flexible benefits – We offer group health, dental and vision insurance. Use the benefits you want using pre-tax money, or take the premium in your paycheck – the decision is all yours.
  • Company 401K contributions – 3% non-elective company contribution and 4% company match. We allow you the flexibility to decide if you want your money now or in retirement.
  • Low fee 401K  – We searched far and wide and found the lowest-fee 401K provider in the land and 8bit pays the management fee. Your life savings should go to you, not your 401K provider.
  • Quick payment – If you start before the 15th, you get paid on the last day of the month. No one should have to wait over a month to get paid for their services – it’s your money, why loan it to your company?
