Vice President
Drew began his government service in 2012, where he was a member of the Computer Network Operations Development Program (CNODP) class of 2017. He excelled in positions that blended leadership, liaison, and technical skills, becoming a proficient CNO developer on high-priority capabilities.
Drew continues to work in the IC, contributing to CNO capabilities as a Team Lead and Senior CNO Developer. He oversees research initiatives at 8-Bit and handles business relations for research contracts.
Drew graduated from Grove City College in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. In 2016, he earned a master’s degree in the same field from the Naval Postgraduate School.

President
Ryan has been active in government services since 2007. He began his career as a Network Defense Analyst and in 2015 took a leading role as an Exploitation Analyst on one of the largest contracts in the Intelligent Community, supporting mission-critical operations.
Ryan joined 8-Bit in 2021 to manage execution of cyber-related contracts and continues to support customers in an Exploitation Analyst capacity.
Ryan is a member of the 2005 graduating class from Gettysburg College and is Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certified.

Vice President
Scott observed the lack of employee engagement by larger companies and was motivated to create a company which valued the employee while still providing exceptional service to the customer.

CEO
At the Armstrong Institute Jennifer managed the Learning and Development department which trained clinicians around the world in patient safety. Jen’s work at Johns Hopkins in the field of patient safety has been published in Quality Management in Healthcare and American College of Medical Quality.
While at Johns Hopkins, Jen took interest in the role of safety in technology. She earned her Masters Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins in 2012.

COO
Upon return he decided to turn to his previous passion of software development, and continues to support the warfighter.
Joe is a member of the 2002 graduating class from Lehigh University and received his masters from Johns Hopkins University in 2008.
